为了确保留学生公寓楼的安全，更有效地防止外来闲杂人员夜间进入留学生宿舍，更好地保护留学生人身和财产安全，进而为广大留学生提供更加平安、舒适、宁静的学习生活环境；学院决定进一步规范留学生宿舍作息管理制度：从2011年8月19日起，5幢留学生公寓楼（V、Z、W、D、莘远楼）从晚上12:00到次日凌晨5:00门禁系统关闭（试行），留学生在此段时间内进出，均须在前台登记。请各位留学生严格遵守学校规定的作息制度。
In order to ensure the safety of international students’ dormitories, to effectively prevent miscellaneous outside people from stealing into the dormitories at midnight, to well protect security of the lives and property of international students, and to create a safe, quiet and comfortable studying and living environment for all our international students, College of International Exchange has decided to further standardize Management System of International Students’ Dormitory Entrance Guarding: From August 19th，2011，the Gate Control System of our five International Students’ dormitories (Building V , Z , W , D and Shenyuan Building) will be shut down during the time-period from 24:00pm to 5:00am. Whoever needs to pass in or out during this time-period must do registration at the reception desk (as a trial regulation). All the international students should strictly obey this regulation.
